This is a photograph of one of the pages in a scrapbook here in the museum.

We also have a collection of uniforms.  We are seeking donations of a Coast Guard Uniform and women’s uniforms. We have many uniforms that belonged to men but not even one woman’s uniform.

  3. Military Room: Operation Round UP

May 10, 2012 by Hubbard County Historical Museum Director

Over the winter we received a donation from Itasca Mantrap Cooperative Electrical Association’s Round Up Program.

We used the funds in our Military Room to frame some long photographs that were without frames.  We also needed a new glass for the top of one of our display cabinets in the Military Room.

We would like to thank all the members of Itasca Mantrap that Round Up their electrical bill each month.  These framed photographs are proof positive that your small donations each month add up!

Recently we submitted another request for a donation to help us purchase a new computer and printer.  Our desktop computer is very old and each day that it boots up I breathe a sigh of relief.

If anyone out there wants to contribute funds to our computer project just mail your tax deductible donation to Hubbard County Historical Museum PO Box 327  Park Rapids, MN 56470
