This picture should serve to give hint as to why Ira Lindquist and A.T. Jacob were successful in the operation of their clothing store – Lindquist and Jacob – back when lumbering was big business hereabouts.
They Mr. Lindquist in the center, in a fur coat, and Mr. Jacob on the extreme right – didn’t wait for the lumberjacks to come to town..they went out to the camps and took measurements for suits.
